Senior Human Resources Administrator
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a experienced Senior Human Resources Administrator to join their HR team. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of all benefit programs, including enrollment, eligibility, and compliance. In addition, you will occasionally assist with employee relations matters and oversee payroll processing. Employee reviews mention the beautiful office space and a positive work environment. This role reports to the VP of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits, from enrollment to termination.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits changes, including enrollments, deductions, and terminations.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits records to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve benefit-related issues promptly.
- Stay informed of legislative changes and industry trends to maintain compliance.
- Partner with insurance carriers and brokers to negotiate rates and resolve claims issues.
- Payroll:
- Oversee the payroll specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and assist with employee inquiries as needed.
- Other duties:
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts as needed.
- Utilize Paycom HRIS to manage employee data, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Stay updated on Paycom system enhancements and best practices.
- Support other HR matters as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or other HR certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on benefits administration.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Paycom specifically is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $85,000-95,000
